I got referred by a friend to HR, who then reached out to me. The HR person, Caitlin (or maybe Courtney now), was great and asked about my interest and sales background. After we talked sales, she set up an interview for the next week. Round 1 was with HR or a Sr. Manager to get to know me as a person and understand my competitive drive, giving a good sense of what they do and how I'd fit in. Round 2 was with VP Sales Tom Janis, who really drilled down on sales and getting to know me, making it clear they want people who will have fun together and can compete to win. Be ready for a possible mock sales call. Round 3 was with President Ed D'Angelo, a great guy who explained more and assessed if I was 'spyglass material'. The offer came from Tom Janis, and I accepted. There was no negotiation, as it's a base salary plus commission structure. Overall, just be honest to fit their culture and you're in.

There were three interviews. The first was an easy one with a recruiter, with basic questions. The second interview was with the VP of Business Development, who talked a lot about the job. The third interview was with the President, who was really nice and seemed to want to get to know me better.
