Behavioral Case Presentation

Went through five interviews, met the whole team and the CFO, and even did a case study, but then they just ghosted me. No follow-up, and after three weeks of silence, I had to reach out. The recruiter finally replied, saying they still don't have a hiring timeline. Crazy.

I applied on the company site and through job boards. An initial email led to a call, then a computer skills test. I didn't hear back after that, so I guess I didn't pass the skill test. I also applied for another position in the same state but a different part of town. I got a rejection email saying I had interviewed before, so I guess they didn't need anyone for that location either.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was pretty long and detailed. It started with a phone interview with the recruiter, then another phone interview with the Director of Sales. After that, I had to complete a remote computer skills test. Then came the in-person part: a showroom interview, followed by meeting potential colleagues at the showroom. Before they made an offer, they also checked my references and ran a background check. After accepting, there were a couple of weeks of intense design and computer training.

The process was straightforward but very thorough. They checked references and maintained consistent communication among everyone involved. The team appeared to be a group that would be pleasant to collaborate with. The role requires being in the office four days a week, with no flexibility on this. The company seems to be in a growth phase.
