Behavioral Technical

I applied online and got a call for a quick on-the-spot interview where I just talked about myself and why I was interested in the staffing industry. Then, I got an email with questions about my interest in sales and why I thought I'd be a good fit for The Select Group, which I had to type up and send back. After that, I had a Skype interview with the recruiter, which was basically a screening with standard questions before they'd let me have an in-person interview with the hiring team. I then interviewed with two people at their office, and it seemed to go well, with easy questions and a lot of getting-to-know-you talk. I didn't get the job, but they were professional and seemed like a good company.
