Community Assistant
The interview process was very smooth and everyone was extremely friendly. They walked me through the responsibilities and day-to-day process. The team was very welcoming and the benefits are great. There's also room for growth within the company. If you like marketing and events this is the place for you.
- What skills can you bring to the table.
Community Assistant
It was a quick and nice chat. The person interviewing me was the regional manager, who seemed pretty young (in their mid to late twenties) and nice, but also kind of serious. They asked the usual stuff, plus one question about my character.
- What makes you want to join Scion at (name of student residence) and what can you bring to the team?
- How does your past experience qualify you for this role?
- Who would you choose to be with if you were stuck in an elevator, and why?
Community Assistant
The interview was conducted over Skype, as I couldn't be there in person. It was a really nice chat, lasting about 25 minutes. The interview was on Friday, and I got the offer the following Wednesday.
- Can you describe a situation where things didn't go as planned and you had to fix it?
- Who would you choose to be with if you were stuck in an elevator for days?
- Could you start by telling me a little about yourself?
