Analyst
There were four rounds in the interview process. The first was a recruiter phone screen. The second was a virtual interview with the hiring manager. The third was a virtual panel interview. The fourth round consisted of two separate on-site interviews. Scion made me fly in for the final on-site interview, but they didn't offer compensation for my travel. After I flew in from out-of-state, the first interviewer was a no-show for the in-person meeting and we ended up meeting on Teams.

Vice President Revenue Management
I applied on LinkedIn and then had a quick chat with HR about a week after. It took about two weeks to get to speak with the SVP. Then, about a week later, I talked to some department heads and a member of the RM team. I followed up with HR, and after about a week and a half, they let me know they had gone with other people. So, from when I first applied until I heard back, it was about 6-7 weeks.
- The team I spoke with were all really nice and professional.
- I also had to do a short personality test.
- And I had to give them 5 references.

It started with a recruiter call with Jessica, who was pretty clear about the whole process and asked good questions. She said there would be about 4-5 interviews in total. Over a month, I did three interviews. It felt like it took way too long. The last interview I had was with a VP who wasn't even going to be my manager. After that, it all went quiet. I emailed the recruiter after three weeks, and the next day got a generic rejection email saying I wasn't the right fit based on experience and skills. It felt like a waste of time since they already looked at my qualifications before.

HR Assistant
The HR phone screen was conducted in a professional and efficient manner. The interviewer was direct and to-the-point in their questioning, which helped to move the conversation along at a good pace. While the interaction lacked warmth and personal connection, the overall tone was polite and respectful. The interviewer demonstrated good knowledge of the job requirements and was able to provide clear and concise responses to my questions. Overall, I appreciated the professionalism and efficiency of the phone screen, although a bit more friendliness would have been appreciated.
