I applied a couple of weeks ago and about 2-3 weeks later I got called in for an interview. The interview itself was pretty straightforward. The assistant manager spent a good amount of time talking about what's expected when working at Save Mart. I listened, agreed, and nodded along. I also answered his questions well and was offered the job the same evening.

I got a call about a week after I applied online. They asked me to come in for an interview 4 days after that call. I interviewed with the store manager and the center manager. They asked general questions about how I'd handle certain situations and what I've done in the past, like with teamwork. The interview was pretty relaxed and I felt good about it, but I didn't get an offer in the end.
