Had a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. They asked some general questions. It covered my interest in the role, my reasons for applying, and what qualifications I bring. I was asked to introduce myself at the start, and they said they'd let me know their decision at the end.

Behavioral Presentation

Applied online and the hiring manager asked for a writing sample. After about 4 weeks, I had an international Skype interview. The questions were pretty standard and the interviewer was nice. It wasn't super clear what the job would actually entail day-to-day, as the description didn't fully explain the immediate demands. Since the Foundation's needs seem to change throughout the year, it's a good idea to ask about what the hiring team needs right now.

The whole experience felt very by-the-book but it was fast. A few weeks went by and the recruiter just stopped responding to my emails asking for updates. Then, months later, I heard back that they weren't hiring for the role anymore.
