Had a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. They asked some general questions. It covered my interest in the role, my reasons for applying, and what qualifications I bring. I was asked to introduce myself at the start, and they said they'd let me know their decision at the end.

I applied online and was contacted by an internal recruiter. The process included a 30-minute call with the recruiter, followed by a 30-minute call with the hiring manager, and then two more calls with other team members. It sounds like there were two more rounds of interviews after that. I interviewed at the start of the month and was told I'd hear back by the end. I received a standard rejection and then got ghosted, even though I thought the four interviews went well.

Applied in January and got a phone screening in February. They rescheduled it twice last minute. It had standard screening questions. After asking about my internship search progress, I mentioned I had another offer with a 3-week deadline. They promised to let me know about moving forward the next week and said they planned to hire within two weeks. I followed up a week later, still interested. They didn't reply for 5 days, then sent an email saying I wasn't selected.

Had a phone interview. We talked about people we both know and my past experiences. We also talked about the job, what the company does now, and plans for the future. We covered what kind of skills are needed to do well in the role. A big part of the conversation was a deep dive into my work history, focusing on what went well and what I learned from it. I was also asked about my perspective on the future of the field and any upcoming challenges.
