It was a pretty easy and quick process. It was all over the phone and I only had one interview. I started as a regular sales associate and was offered the Area Sales Lead position within one month. There are opportunities to grow.

I first applied for a job near me. The recruiter told me that job wasn’t open, but they had one a bit further away. I interviewed over the phone and then in person for that one, and everyone was into moving forward. A few days later, it turned out THAT job was also gone. So, they had me interview again for a different job that was even more distant. I did that one too, and again, everyone was ready to hire me. They even said I’d start shadowing before official training. Great, right? Still haven't heard anything after they said, “you should see your offer letter later today.” Don't bother driving to these interviews. They promised me an offer letter at every single step and then ghosted me. It's unbelievable how bad this is.

Awesome fun experience. Very well done and very professional throughout the whole process. Made me feel right at home and part of the team right out the gates. It's been a couple of years since I interviewed and I was a little nervous but like I said earlier their professionalism really stood out and they made me feel right at home.
