When you get to the store, you ask for the manager and they will take you to the back to do the interview. I had two interviews and they each had different questions. For example, they asked why I wanted to work there, to tell them about myself, and about my availability.

I applied online and then got a phone call asking me to come to a group interview at a local RSL club. It was for a new store opening so there were about 30 of us. We were put into groups to talk about different situations, then had to write our answers down and give them in. After that, I had a quick chat with the manager about my experience and when I could work. They said I didn't have enough experience for the new shop, as they wanted people with over 2 years experience and I only had about 1 year.
