I'm happy to share that it was a great experience overall. The process was uncomplicated, direct, and handled quickly. The interviewer was pleasant and put me at ease the whole time. I liked how fast and smooth the interview went. I'm available to work any shifts that suit the team's needs.

Applied through indeed and got a call back in a few days to interview. The interview was in the store's cafe, which was a bit awkward because it was so busy and noisy. The interviewer seemed unsure of what they were doing and asked about 10 questions. The whole thing took about 15 minutes. I was told I'd get a call in 4 days for the next stage with my time slot, but I never heard back. It's a shame because if I wasn't right for the job, they should have just said so instead of leaving me waiting. For a company their size, it was really unprofessional and they should treat people better.

I applied online and got an interview within a week. It was a short 15-minute chat about my past experience and availability. The following week, I attended an induction where I signed a lot of paperwork. I was offered a 16-hour contract but told I'd need to work full-time for the new store opening. For the first three days, I worked from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, doing a lot of heavy lifting and setting up stock. Near the end of the third day, I was let go because they felt I wasn't pulling my weight and didn't seem enthusiastic. This happened while I had left another job for this one, and a junior worker from another store delivered the news, not even the manager. Around 60 people were hired, and I heard a few others in similar positions just disappeared during those three days. It seems they hired too many people, used them for tasks nobody else wanted, and then let them go. It was a terrible experience with a disgusting employer.
