It was interesting and pertinent. Nothing weird and they're great at finding people who fit the culture. No bad apples here. Just a great team. They also look to utilize any past skills and experience you have to help the company.

I applied via Indeed and didn't use a cover letter or do extra assessments. Got a voicemail asking me to call back for a phone interview. The scheduler was really nice and easy to talk to. The first phone interview was with the HR manager and it was good, I liked the vibe of the two women I spoke with. Then I had a second interview over Microsoft Teams. I wasn't nervous for the video interview and was looking forward to it. The two women I interviewed with on the video call had a different vibe. The main interviewer seemed to enjoy asking tough questions and watching my reaction. I think I answered okay, but she wasn't as warm as the first two ladies. It felt like she only wanted to find flaws instead of looking at strengths. It felt very negative and I left confused and disappointed. I'm not sure what they were looking for in a candidate for what seemed like a customer service job involving phone, email, and chat.

The interview was done over video call. It was a pretty typical process, covering hypothetical situations, your skills, and your previous work history. The hiring manager was nice and friendly, even though it didn't seem like the right fit.
