The interview process involved a zoom call followed by an in-person meeting at the location. It was conducted by two directors since there was no program manager. The interviews were relaxed and straightforward, with no unexpected elements. Overall, it was a good experience, with the first round on zoom and the second in person.

It was a straightforward process. They asked about my comfort level with harm reduction, requested examples of my experience handling challenging clients, and inquired about my previous work history. I also had to submit a written sample of an incident report, which I kept brief and related to a minor situation.

The interview was pretty chill. They had a form with questions, and I just wrote down my answers. A lot of it was about clinical stuff and hypothetical situations, like asking what I'd do in a certain scenario. They were really upfront about the job duties and the pay. The people interviewing me were super nice and welcoming.
