It was a 3 person interview process over two weeks that went pretty smoothly. I had one in-person interview, then one with a second District Manager, and the final one with a regional manager. Overall, the interview was engaging and thorough, and they gave me a chance to ask questions.

Had 2 interviews in a week for the Flagship Store Manager role. First one was with the Area Manager, then the 2nd with the Retail Director. Both were pretty informal and friendly. The second interview was in a Central London Starbucks, which wasn't ideal given the job. Had to create a 90-day action plan for the store for the second round. I was feeling really positive about it initially, but after the second interview, they just went silent. I tried chasing them a few times but never heard back. It was disappointing to have invested so much time and money into the process only to be treated like that.
