The interview happened on Zoom and lasted about 30 minutes. They asked me what I knew about the brand and how I'd handled different scenarios. I also had to give an example of explaining something.

I applied online, then went to the store to let them know I was interested and talked to the Asst. Store Manager. The GM called me a couple days later for a phone interview, and after that, we set up an in-store interview. I interviewed with the GM, and then they scheduled a follow-up interview with the Asst. Store Manager and the Stock Manager. After the second interview, I had to do a background check and some pre-employment stuff. The whole thing took about 3 weeks from the first time we talked to when I got the job.

I applied on Indeed and heard back from the store manager the same night. We scheduled an in-store interview for the next weekend. When I got there, I spoke with the assistant manager first, and then the store manager. I liked that it was a really open interview, and I could ask anything I wanted. They were happy to answer and gave me a lot of info about benefits and pay, which I appreciate. They seemed to like me and wanted me to interview with the district manager. It was supposed to be a phone call, but since he was going to be in town, we did it in person. It was also a relaxed setting and the DM was very open too. After that, they did a background check, and then they offered me the job, as long as I passed the check.
