It was pretty easy, mostly focused on my past experience, when I could work, and my general personality. They said it's good to meet in person for the interview and to give them a face to the name. It also helps to know about the company's history, their clothing tech, and their popular items.

I had two interviews, the first was a phone call with the manager where they asked about my availability and customer service experience. Then, I went to the shop for an in-person meeting in the back office. We discussed my right to work in the UK and they collected my NI number.

Technical Behavioral Case

The whole process usually has a few steps. First, there's a quick chat to see if you're basically qualified. Then, you'll likely have a few longer interviews with the people who would be your boss or colleagues. They'll want to talk about your skills, how you solve problems, and if you'd fit in with the team. Sometimes, you might get a practical task or a case study to work on. Usually, they'll check your references before making a final decision. It's important for everyone to communicate well and be prepared during this time.
