Just four days after applying, a recruiter from TNC reached out via email. We set up a phone chat, and it happened the very next day – a good 45 minutes of just talking. By the next day, I got a kind voicemail and a nice email saying they were going with other people. It was really great how they were so understanding and considerate of how I was feeling the whole time.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online. A month later, a recruiter emailed to schedule a phone screen. The first interview was a 30-minute call with the hiring manager. Then, I had a 1-hour Zoom panel interview with four employees. The last interview was a 1-hour Zoom panel with the Executive Director and others. The hiring manager mentioned I made it to the final round because I was qualified and they wanted to see if I was a good fit. They said I'd hear back in a week or two. After two weeks, I emailed the hiring manager and recruiter for feedback, but got no response. It's been a month since then and I still haven't heard anything. It feels like a waste of 3 months.

Behavioral Technical

After applying, I had a phone interview a few weeks later. It was a pretty long interview with two interviewers. They mainly focused on salary expectations and my conversational skills, although I'm still unclear about the exact nature of the role, as the job description suggested a communications position. Many of the questions were scenario-based, feeling a bit like a pop quiz rather than an evaluation of my experience.
