The process was really smooth. They sent a short questionnaire to fill out and return. After I sent it back, I was contacted within a few days to schedule an interview. The whole thing was super organized and friendly, making me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had two rounds of interviews. The first one was back-to-back over a couple of days, each about an hour long. Then, about a week or two later, I had the second one, also for an hour.

This was the most extensive interview process I've encountered, involving numerous assessments and reference checks before any direct contact with the organization. The recruitment agency they utilized was not very helpful, lacking clarity on salary negotiations within my country, and my references reported the recruiter was quite abrupt.
