The interview process lasted a month. After my CV was in their database, they emailed me saying they liked it and asked me to answer 5 questions about the area and my experiences. After about a week, they replied to my email and invited me to a panel interview with 3 people. They have a script and discuss beforehand who will ask which question. It was an hour of questions, many about situations in my previous jobs and how I would handle work situations. The interview was entirely in English, and one interviewer was a native speaker from the US. They are very polite and explain a lot about the role, the company, and talk about themselves. After this interview, they replied within a week and made me an offer, which I accepted.

I started with a questionnaire and then had a panel interview with four people. They asked me about my strengths, weaknesses, and project management skills. It felt a bit rushed when it was my turn to ask questions. The hiring manager seemed to think I'd get the job, but then it got re-scoped at the last minute. I only found out by emailing the hiring manager. Coming from a former TNC staff member, the interview process was pretty bad. If I hadn't had internal contacts, I would have heard nothing. The HR portal for submitting resumes is also really long and tedious; TNC really needs to update its candidate portal.
