I applied on LinkedIn and got a call from a recruiter. They had me watch some videos to make sure I was still interested. After the videos, I had my first interview with that recruiter. If they think you're a good fit, they'll send you to interview with a sales director, who is the one making the final decision. For every interview, I had someone I'd call my 'leader'. The phone interviews were pretty chill, no crazy curveball questions. They mostly wanted to see if I'd fit their company culture. I got the offer on my fifth interview and I'm set to train in Chicago a few weeks later.

Behavioral Technical Other

It's a commission-based, build-your-own-business type of role. A recruiter reached out, and we had a quick initial chat. Then, I was supposed to talk to the territory manager, but they were out for over two weeks. We rescheduled for two weeks later. When the time came, I called, and he answered but seemed annoyed and unprepared. He only asked one question, mostly just repeating info I'd already seen. I asked about the territory to see if it was near me, but he couldn't share details yet. For onboarding, he said I'd need to contact someone local in the territory, take an online assessment (personality and SAT-style knowledge test), and then call him back. He mentioned more meetings over the next 3 weeks to a month, and if I passed, I'd have to pay my own way to Chicago for training. He didn't give a date for that. He sounded generally frustrated. I got the assessment link. After 40 minutes into the test, I decided against it. They don't offer a salary, pay for training, or provide territory info upfront. The 'interview' was delayed and just a data dump. Plus, the subsequent month of interviews felt like too much. I realized I wouldn't be making money during this lengthy process. While others praise them, the hoops and waiting time to even see if it's viable, followed by months before earning, isn't for me. I withdrew my application. It was disappointing, especially given their CEO's talk about respect.

Behavioral Presentation Other

We had about 3 to 4 phone interviews. It wasn't too stressful, just the usual sales job interview stuff. I think they mainly wanted to see if I was a normal person capable of meeting with business owners and giving a solid presentation. They also asked about my plan for financial support during the initial 5-6 months with no income.
