I was reached out to for a video interview, then had to complete a Wonderlic skills test, a behavior test, a writing test, and an editing test. After submitting those, I was called in for a live interview where I had to take ANOTHER Wonderlic test. I spoke with three people for about an hour. Then, I waited and ended up calling them before they got back to me because I had another offer. They mentioned they were still unsure about hiring someone full-time for the role (which I see is posted again). It was quite an extensive process for an uncertain outcome regarding the opening.

I had a nice video chat with the recruiter after taking a Wonderlic test. The job wasn't quite right for me, but the process was good and the recruiter made me think the Mx Group would be a great place to work.

The interview was virtual and hosted by a nice HR person. It was a chill, professional chat about their agency niche and what they need in terms of copywriting. They wanted to see my experience and expertise in their specific area. Overall, it was a good experience, except for the lack of a follow-up email or a reply to mine. Typical corporate ghosting!
