The interview process started with a phone screen with a hiring manager. If that went well, there was another phone call with my potential boss. Finally, there was a 2-hour interview with eight people from different parts of the company, mostly those related to the role. They communicated well throughout and things moved fast. I always knew what was going on and felt respected. Even when they decided not to move forward, they called me. Everyone seemed smart, open, and professional. I'd definitely apply again if a good opportunity comes up.

Had a quick phone chat the day before about my interest in finance and how I generally create content, write, and do SEO. It was shorter than I thought it would be.

If you're like me, you might have been ghosted by The Motley Fool. After going through four rounds of interviews (two phone calls and two Zoom sessions), you're probably wondering about their decision timeline. It's understandable. Then you send a couple of follow-up emails and wait. And wait some more. After weeks of silence, you might think you still have a chance to get the job. You don't. I'm sorry to say you've been ghosted. If The Motley Fool ghosted you, just like me, you have choices: 1. Feel sorry for yourself. I hope you don't. 2. Move on with your life. Go with option #2. Try to watch your diet and exercise. And get your diabetic testing supplies from Liberty Medical.
- How would you go about assessing a company?
- Questions like what would you bring to a desert island
