After passing the manager panel, I had an interview. This was different from previous interviews, which had at most two people. This one had about six people, including area managers and HR professionals. I started with a short presentation about my experiences. Then they asked me specific questions about the areas I applied for and talked about their departments. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

The process is a bit long, but typical for a multinational company. The stages were well defined, but they could have given better information about the time spent in each stage. For example, on the day of the group activity (which was only in the morning), the interview with the managers happened in the afternoon, without prior notice... which makes it difficult for those who work or study elsewhere.
