We started with some back-and-forth emailing to set up the in-person meeting. Once we met, it was pretty straightforward. We discussed my previous jobs, what the role involves, and the specific skills needed. The interviewers were team leaders and potential colleagues. I was reached out to by an Employment Agency regarding this position. The agency person conducted a Skype interview with me as the initial screening. After that, I had an in-person interview at ATG's office. I was interviewed by the Manager of the team that ended up hiring me. The one-on-one interview lasted for about 45 minutes.
