First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Millennium Alliance.
Sales Executive
Had an initial call, then two video interviews. After that, a phone call with the CEO, which was more of a personal chat about family and hobbies. I thought everything went well, especially since the CEO mentioned hiring a big group in January and the job was still posted on LinkedIn. But then an intern emailed saying the role was no longer available, with no feedback. This was surprising because I felt I was a good fit and was told the conversations went well. I tried emailing the intern to get in touch with someone I actually spoke to for feedback, but got no reply. I wanted to understand why I didn't get the role, especially since it felt like a waste of time.
- Tell me about your hobbies and what you enjoy doing in your free time.
Sales Executive
The interview process was very professional. I knew people who had left my previous company who had switched to work for Mill-All and so I was referred in. I first had a phone interview with Victoria from HR. I then came in for an in-person interview with Alex, one of the founders and CEO. The interview was very smooth, professional, comfortable. Even a few laughs.
- How would you approach acquiring new business?
Account Executive
It starts with a recruiter screen. If they like your profile, you move on to meet with a senior sales associate. It was pretty relaxed and enjoyable, I’d recommend it. Just be yourself, they like that. And don’t get nervous!! Good luck!
- Which market would you target?
