Had a 3 stage interview process. First was with HR. Then I interviewed with a manager. The final interview was with one of the co-founders. It was a pretty quick and easy going process. The only bad thing was that I didn't get any feedback after the last interview so I'm not sure what I messed up on.

Had an initial call, then two video interviews. After that, a phone call with the CEO, which was more of a personal chat about family and hobbies. I thought everything went well, especially since the CEO mentioned hiring a big group in January and the job was still posted on LinkedIn. But then an intern emailed saying the role was no longer available, with no feedback. This was surprising because I felt I was a good fit and was told the conversations went well. I tried emailing the intern to get in touch with someone I actually spoke to for feedback, but got no reply. I wanted to understand why I didn't get the role, especially since it felt like a waste of time.

Interviews included phone calls and video chats with managers. There were 3 rounds total, involving HR and two different higher-level managers. It was a pretty typical sales interview setup with standard sales questions. Most questions focused on what motivates you and your ability to maintain a conversation.

The first two interviews were really warm, but then in the third one, they really went through my resume with a fine-tooth comb. It felt like none of the questions I had prepared for were even touched upon. Honestly, I think I would have been completely ghosted if I hadn't reached out to ask about my status.
