I had one interview with the manager. We talked about my past serving and bartending experience, and they asked about my schedule. I also asked if I could host sometimes.

It was a pretty straightforward process. They asked me some basic questions about serving, and then there was a pretty extensive training period. The manager was really nice, but the training lasted a whole week and involved tests and practice every day.

Behavioral Technical

It was a really quick and straightforward interview process. First, I had a short meet and greet, about 5 questions, with the general manager to see if I was a good fit. After that, I was invited back for a second interview with a key manager, which was longer and had more standard interview questions like 'what would you do in this situation', 'why did you leave your last job', and 'what did you like about it'. I was supposed to have a third interview, but they were in a rush to hire someone because they were short-staffed, so that didn't happen.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • How would you manage stressful situations or unhappy customers?
  • What would you do in a specific scenario?
  • What are your reasons for leaving your previous employment?
