I first talked to HR over the phone and then I had more phone and in-person interviews with Contact Center Management. The Mark Travel Corporation is a company I really admire. They know that their employees are important. Their interview process can take a while, but it's because they want to make sure they hire people who align with their values and are really committed to the organization's mission and vision. I've never been more impressed with a company.

Behavioral Technical

It was a work-at-home customer service rep job, and the interview process started with some behavioral questions. The interviewer was really straight-faced with no personality. I tried to smile, but she was just so mean and intimidating. Then we went to the raunchy side of Las Vegas.

  • Describe a situation where you had a disagreement with a coworker.
