& Process

The interview process was really fast. I first had a quick phone chat, and then I was invited for an onsite interview. The onsite part had two main parts: first I chatted with Lindsay Zager from HR, and then I met with two people from the finance team. Both Lindsay and the finance folks made me feel comfortable during the interviews. Lindsay was also really easy to get hold of after the interview; she messaged me to let me know about my background check status and to see if I had any questions. All in all, the whole interview process was great.

The Mark Travel Corporation looked like a really great company to apply to and potentially work for, judging by the reviews and job description. The interview process was super comfortable and a fantastic experience overall. Lindsay Zager made the interview really smooth and was super helpful with any questions I had. She made me feel welcome right from the start, which was during my phone interview. That kind of welcome doesn't happen often, so I was really impressed from the beginning. I'm excited about my upcoming role at The Mark Travel Corporation, and from what I've seen of how long people stay there, it seems like an awesome place to work!

I received an email from Amanda Friedrich about an Airline Research position. Amanda scheduled me for an interview with Lindsay Britton the following week. Lindsay called me the next week, and we discussed my resume. She then told me she wanted to bring me in for two different positions, which I agreed to. I went in for the interviews, and Lindsay was very welcoming. She asked about my work background, and then the Accounting and Airline Team leads interviewed me. It was a pleasure, and I felt comfortable showing my personality. Lindsay emailed me afterward about the next steps and kept me updated. She offered me the job a week later. It was the best interview process I've ever had!
