Customer Service Representative
It was a quick interview via video call. The interviewer made it feel comfortable and let me share what I wanted to. I liked that they listened to me and I could talk about stuff I cared about.
- Tell me about a difficult situation you faced and how you managed it.
Customer Service Representative
I was really happy with how the hiring process went. I applied online myself and heard back pretty quickly. After an initial call where they asked me some questions, they set up an in-person interview. I met with two of the hiring managers. They asked pretty standard customer service questions. It seemed like they were really looking for someone mature, calm, and well-spoken, who could answer the questions well.
- Can you describe the hardest situation you've had to handle with an upset customer?
Customer Service Representative
I got a call asking if I was still interested in the position I had applied for. Once I said yes, the first interview was over the phone. After that, they send you some typing quizzes and a questionnaire. Lastly, they call you for the second interview if you pass the quizzes and first interview, of course.
- What one word from your resume describes you?
