First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Loomis Company.
Account Executive
It was a pretty engaging and straightforward interview process. I liked the conversation flow, but the questions asked were quite unexpected. I feel the company is doing well overall, though it ultimately wasn't the right fit for me.
- Walk me through your previous work experience.
Account Manager
I applied online and then had a quick chat with HR over the phone. After that, I went in for an in-person meeting with the heads of the department. The in-person part was pretty chill and casual. All in all, it was a nice and easy experience.
- Where do you want your insurance career to go?
Customer Service Representative
It was a quick interview via video call. The interviewer made it feel comfortable and let me share what I wanted to. I liked that they listened to me and I could talk about stuff I cared about.
- Tell me about a difficult situation you faced and how you managed it.
Customer Service Representative
I got a call asking if I was still interested in the position I had applied for. Once I said yes, the first interview was over the phone. After that, they send you some typing quizzes and a questionnaire. Lastly, they call you for the second interview if you pass the quizzes and first interview, of course.
- What one word from your resume describes you?
