They led me on without any intention to hire. They sent me an offer letter, then took it back. That was not professional. I would interview elsewhere with a company that is seriously looking to hire.

The interview process was simple and straightforward. It began with an HR Recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager for the team I'd be joining. Finally, the same HR Recruiter contacted me again to confirm the team's interest and to extend a verbal offer before the official contract was sent.

I applied at a college career fair and then the HR manager contacted me. The first round was a thirty minute phone call where they asked a lot about my background and college career. Then I had an in person interview with the same HR manager, the senior project coordinator, and the operations manager. The process was easy, but the operations manager talked a lot and asked some strange questions that were kind of hard to answer in my opinion. This company seems really picky about who they hire.

I spoke with HR and three people from my department. Two calls were over the phone, and two meetings were in person. Everyone was super nice and seemed welcoming, which is unusual for an interview. The interviews were pretty standard, no weird tricks or games. I did a writing test, also standard. It took a bit to get a response back. The whole thing took about a month.
