Sales Representative
You'll start with a chill phone interview. Then, there's a 5-day training with a test and a sales simulation. Pass that, and you've got the job! The training is like a classroom, open book, and pretty straightforward.
- What makes you want to join our company?
Inside Sales Representative
I showed up and filled out an application. Everyone was really nice and greeted me enthusiastically as they passed. Then, the manager took me into a conference room. We talked about my background and me as a person, and I asked her about the job and her. She was super upbeat and a really motivating person! She hired me right then and there.
- Can you tell me what your favorite color is?
Sales Representative
I applied online and a recruiter from Salt Lake City called me. We talked for over an hour about everything, like the company vibe, how the pay and bonuses work. They emailed me some info after that. Then, a manager from the state I was applying for called me for another interview. A few days later, the recruiter called back and offered me the job! I had to go to Salt Lake for a week of training, which they paid for (flights from Ohio and back). When I got home Friday night, my manager called, gave me my first assignment, and told me where to meet him Monday. I spent two days training with him, riding along. Honestly, after one day I felt ready to handle my own leads, but I did appreciate him taking the time to train me.
- Can you share some personal details about yourself and describe your character?
- How do you feel about working for a company that emphasizes family values and employee well-being?
