Computer Professional
I applied and they cold called me for a technical interview after business hours. They offer vacation/benefits after one year. I would seriously look at their BBB ratings and other reviews before applying.
- What is your current salary?
Outside Sales
The interview was conducted over the phone and the recruiter was great. They were friendly and made it feel like a face-to-face meeting. They explained the position thoroughly to ensure it would be a good match for me.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- How do you feel about traveling for work?
- Are you someone who can work independently?
Sales Representative
I applied online and a recruiter from Salt Lake City called me. We talked for over an hour about everything, like the company vibe, how the pay and bonuses work. They emailed me some info after that. Then, a manager from the state I was applying for called me for another interview. A few days later, the recruiter called back and offered me the job! I had to go to Salt Lake for a week of training, which they paid for (flights from Ohio and back). When I got home Friday night, my manager called, gave me my first assignment, and told me where to meet him Monday. I spent two days training with him, riding along. Honestly, after one day I felt ready to handle my own leads, but I did appreciate him taking the time to train me.
- Can you share some personal details about yourself and describe your character?
- How do you feel about working for a company that emphasizes family values and employee well-being?
Corporate Recruiter
I first had a phone call with a recruiter who was knowledgeable and seemed excited to talk to me. Then I spent about an hour with the head of operations manager. He was very personable and fun, and we talked about a lot of things related to both the job and the community. I'd say that this company really takes its time and cares a lot about getting to know its employees, and this interview really showed me that.
- What motivates you to want to recruit?
