The interview process was pretty straightforward. I applied online and heard back in about two weeks. There were three interviews, spaced out weekly. About a week and a half after the last one, I got the final results. They gave me good info about the company and what to expect, which was helpful for preparing. The first interview was a 45-minute chat with the recruiter, covering standard stuff to get me ready for the next stage. The second interview was with the hiring manager and someone from the team. For the third interview, I had to prep a case study presentation, plus a short intro about myself. I presented this to the hiring manager, two team members, a regional director, and a senior program manager. The questions were always interesting and led to good discussions with follow-ups. They ended up choosing someone with more specific project experience, but it was still a good experience, and I'll likely apply again.

I applied online and got contacted by a junior recruiter who messed up my name. The associate set up a call with the main recruiter. The recruiter spent a lot of time talking about how great Lego is and how they treat their employees, and didn't ask me many questions. They did ask about my salary expectations, and I asked for the salary range, which they were hesitant to share. Then they gave me a number, which I said could work. They mentioned the manager might want to meet me and I should hear back in a few days. After a few days of silence, I emailed both the recruiter and associate but got no response. The recruiter eventually replied, saying they were talking to the manager and I'd hear back in a few days. Again, nothing. After a week, I emailed, and no reply. After two weeks, I emailed asking if it wasn't going ahead. They finally replied saying sorry, my salary expectations were too high. It was a terrible experience, and I won't apply again or recommend it to others. I can't believe companies have people who treat candidates like this.
