Product Manager
There were three stages in total: first, an HR screening (30 mins), then a 60-minute session with the Hiring Manager and AI Lead, followed by a 90-minute case study also with the Hiring Manager and AI Lead. I've never had an HR team show this much genuine care for candidates before. After each stage, the HR team proactively got in touch to talk about the results. They really wanted my feedback and gave me detailed insights into each part of the process. The recruiter made me feel incredibly looked after the whole way through. They were warm, attentive, and super professional, which made things very comfortable. The interviewers were friendly, smart, and to the point. Unlike some places that use high-pressure tactics or aren't respectful, this felt really supportive. You could tell the employees and managers are sincere, kind, and really passionate about how they treat everyone.
- Regarding integrating your main AI product with other digital solutions, what's your strategy for ensuring smooth data flow?
- When working with other Product Managers who may have differing roadmap priorities, how would you establish common success metrics?
Product Manager
You'll talk to both an internal recruiter and the hiring manager. The recruiter chat can go either way – some are really engaging and fun, others can be a bit of a slog, digging into your background. Don't let a boring or super serious recruiter get to you; just stay focused. Meeting the hiring manager and the team might feel different. Some managers might seem a little unsure about hiring someone with your skills, but others are super welcoming, just like the LEGO spirit, with a relaxed and happy team.

Product Manager
So I had an HR screening first, then I talked to the person who would have been my manager. After that, there was a presentation interview. Sadly, I didn't get the job, and they said it was because someone else was just a bit better. Like, how does that help anyone?! They also mentioned keeping me in mind for future roles, but I never heard back. Then, when I saw another opening, I applied, but got rejected right away. It's frustrating when companies aren't upfront.
