Customer Service Representative
The process was straightforward, with same-day feedback on whether you passed. They did a good job preparing you for everything. The hours were okay, but the downside is they recently started requiring people to come into the office four times a week at 8 am, regardless of where you live.

Customer Service Representative
I got contacted on LinkedIn. After I expressed my interest I received a link to set-up a first brief interview. During the first Teams Interview I learned a bit more about the role from the recruiter and I had to submit an official application on the LEGO website. Once I submitted the application, I received another invite to a first official HR -focused interview via Teams. About 4-5 working days later I received another invite for a Teams interview with the department manager and a KAM. About 4-5 days later I received another invite for a last Teams interview with the higher management. A few days later I received a positive confirmation.
- Could you tell me about your previous experiences?
- Do you have any practical experience with Excel?
Customer Service Representative
I applied online and after about a week, I was contacted to complete a 30-minute test where I had to write two emails, one in English and one in my native language. Soon after, a Skype interview was scheduled. It went well, the interviewer was nice and the sound quality was good. The questions were standard for this type of role. The next day, there was a short phone interview that included a role play over the phone where I had to handle a situation where a customer wanted an out-of-stock product. The interviewer was again nice and easy to talk to. The day after that, I was invited to an assessment day in the UK, with the understanding that I would have to cover my own travel expenses and that there was no guarantee of a job offer. Since I'm not from the UK, I decided the time and cost weren't worth it. Overall, the process was good, but I think applicants should be informed about the full process, including the potential need to travel to the UK, earlier on. It seems like a lot of steps including a cover letter, test, Skype interview, role play, and then a 3-hour assessment day, which feels a bit excessive.
- What traits do you believe are essential for a customer service agent?
