First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at the LEGO Group.
Key Account Manager
The process was really well organized and guided, big thanks to Nora and Harry. They really dug into both LEI and me to make sure it was a 'perfect match' for both of us, which was encouraging.
- Tell me about your biggest career accomplishment.
- What has been your biggest challenge in your career?
- How do you embody TLG's three core values in your personality?
Account Manager
It was 3 stages about a week apart. First was the internal recruiter, then the sales directors and a senior member of the sales team. Lastly, a case study for the sales directors. It was a tough process but the interviewers really seemed to want you to succeed, and the room had a very positive attitude.
- Why are you interested in this position and in the LEGO Group?
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
- Do you have any questions related to this specific role?
Account Manager
The interview process began with a round focused on seeing if we were a good fit. They asked about the company culture, my skills (both soft and hard), and why I wanted the job. The next interview was more technical, where I had to do a case study presentation. After that, we talked a lot about the role, and they asked me questions about how I'd deal with certain situations.
- In which areas of your soft skills do you think you could improve?
- Which of my soft skills might need more development?
- Can you identify any soft skills you possess that could benefit from further growth?
