First, there was an AI game/test. I had to pick images that went with phrases, which were confusing. Then there was a timed numbers quiz that got harder. After that, I had to match patterns, some of which were flipped or upside down. It felt discouraging to be judged on a nonsensical quiz before getting a real interview, especially since I'm a social media manager and would rather talk about my experience.

The interview was conducted via HireVue, which allowed me to complete it at my convenience in a comfortable setting. The entire process felt efficient and easy to access. It also included a few simple games.

Behavioral Technical Other

This was probably one of the worst interview processes ever. The one-way video interview felt like a lazy approach that lacked any personal connection. After that, I had to complete two to four different tests and games, including math and memory tasks. It felt like I was applying to college again, which I haven't experienced with other companies. I'll avoid applying to this company in the future because of their poor process.
