Marketing Coordinator
The interview involved answering vague questions via webcam, which was an interesting and educational experience. Afterward, I was informed I didn't get the 'Corporate Partnerships Development Associate position,' which confused me as previous communications referred to the role as 'Marketing Associate.' I'm unsure of the exact position I interviewed for, and the provided contact email bounced back when I sought clarification. I'm disappointed because I was very interested, but I don't know what happened or how to find out. This isn't about being upset about not getting the job; I understand the roles are competitive. My main issue is the overall confusion during the process.
- Can you explain what makes you the best fit for this role?
Marketing Coordinator
I went through the digital interview for a Marketing Coordinator position. It was awkward at first as you essentially are watching yourself interview as you are doing it. After you get over the initial awkwardness, it is not all that bad. Questions were very basic in nature. There was no real overview of the position in the interview as it was an automated process.
- How does your previous work experience connect with this role?
Marketing Coordinator
So first, there was this pre-recorded video interview thing, then I went in for an in-person interview. The video part was kinda cool 'cause they gave you a minute to think about the question before you answered it on video, and you had a few minutes to talk about it.
- Can you share an instance where you had to adjust to a new situation?
