The process was fine, they were transparent throughout. Tell us about why you're interested, etc. There was a hirevue part that included questions/personality test that seems a bit outdated. Ultimately decided not to move forward with the process after final round because the pay did not seem to align with their need to have you in-person 5 days a week.

Behavioral Technical Group Presentation

My interview process for this role at Kraft Analytics Group (KAGR), which shares HR with The Kraft Group, began with a phone screen from HR. Then I had a 30-minute follow-up chat with the hiring manager before being invited for an in-person interview. This half-day group/panel interview involved meeting with various team members, including peers, direct reports, and managers, who I'd work with daily. I had a great time meeting these future colleagues and answering their questions. The conversation with the hiring manager was really engaging, and I was genuinely enthusiastic about the role and how I could help the company achieve its objectives. However, I was pretty disappointed with the HR department's lack of professionalism; they either seem overwhelmed or unprofessional, as they never followed up after the interview. KAGR operates like a startup spun off from the Kraft Group, and while the office vibe fits that, their HR is way behind the standard I've seen in my 15 years of experience. I'd suggest checking other reviews and considering if you really want to use a PTO day for an interview where you might get stellar feedback but then hear nothing back. So, I was asked to come in for a half-day, which was a group/panel interview. I met with a series of employees I would be interacting with on a daily basis: peers, direct reports, and those I would be reporting to.

It was a virtual interview, starting with a brief virtual screening and then moving to an on-site meeting with all the key people I would be working with. The conversations were engaging, and it was a great opportunity to hear about everyone's experiences. The team members were open about why they've stayed at the company for so long and also shared some of the difficulties they've faced.
