The company's recruiter reached out about interviews, but didn't provide details like salary. It was a bad experience; they made me invest time before I could ask qualification questions. The process involved a one-way video interview where I recorded answers to questions, followed by a virtual chat with the Sales Manager.

I had to do this weird one-way recorded interview thing, which was pretty bad. I had to answer 10 questions and only had a minute for each. It was a terrible experience because I didn't get any info to help me decide if I wanted to move forward or learn more about the company/job. I had to chase them to see if I got accepted and then got a template email saying I didn't get the job, with no feedback. Super impersonal and a bad experience overall.

I was called into the office for an interview, but it was with someone else. I thought it went alright, though it was a bit weird that they kept asking about a company I started but am not part of anymore. They seemed to want me to keep working on it when I've made up my mind to find a job in the private sector. I felt the time could have been used better to look into my skills and difficult situations I've dealt with. After that, I had another interview with a team lead, which was pretty standard and focused on if I'd fit in with the team. I was told I'd hear back about the final stages, but I ended up having to chase them for an update and found out I wasn't chosen. It would have been nice to be told directly.
