Worst interview ever. The interviewer wasn't paying attention and was multitasking. They asked me why I wanted to move to Dubai twice, why I thought I was a good salesman, and to explain my education. None of the questions were relevant to the job, my experience, or how I'd fit the role. I'm overqualified for this job, but didn't get to show it because the interview was cut short and the questions were bad. The whole thing was only 10 minutes long, and the interviewer was really unhelpful and gave short answers when I asked questions.

I was called into the office for an interview, but it was with someone else. I thought it went alright, though it was a bit weird that they kept asking about a company I started but am not part of anymore. They seemed to want me to keep working on it when I've made up my mind to find a job in the private sector. I felt the time could have been used better to look into my skills and difficult situations I've dealt with. After that, I had another interview with a team lead, which was pretty standard and focused on if I'd fit in with the team. I was told I'd hear back about the final stages, but I ended up having to chase them for an update and found out I wasn't chosen. It would have been nice to be told directly.

They reached out to me about this role after seeing my CV online. First was a phone call about the job and pay. Then, I had a first interview where the cameras weren't working, which they said was a technical issue. Right after that, they asked me to come for a second interview. The second interview also had no cameras on, and they didn't mention it this time, which was weird, but I continued. I was told I'd hear back by Friday because I needed to give notice on Monday. I never heard anything. I emailed to say I was still interested and hoped to hear back. They replied saying they had more interviews until Thursday and I'd hear by the next Friday. It's been 4 months now with no word. I emailed again to find out if I was unsuccessful so I could move on, or if they were keeping my details, but still no reply. The interview questions were simple, mostly checking if I wanted the job rather than if they wanted me. It seems a bit sketchy, and I've seen similar reviews online that I didn't want to believe.

It was... Interesting. I had to do a one-way interview for them on SparkHire and didn't get any feedback on how I did until I got offered the position the very next morning. I was almost certain I was mediocre at that interview, which makes me all the more concerned about why they really wanna hire me this badly. I have NO experience in sales, just to clarify so why they want me so bad just spurred me on to look this place up and ..... Oh boy... So that's the reason nobody got back to me about my question with regards to adjustments or support for employees with mental health problems. Don't get me wrong, I have no qualms with the people I spoke to, but it says a LOT when a company is that desperate to hire someone that they offer you the position the morning after you send them a one-way interview with no request for a face-to-face interview.
