Executive Recruiter
The hiring process involves 4 rounds. The first round is a general profile review with HR. The second round is a technical interview with the Team Lead or Communications Team. The third round is with the Manager, focusing on sourcing strategies, boolean searches, and behavior analysis. The final round is with the Director, covering a mix of topics from previous rounds.

IT Recruiter
Had a phone chat and then an in-person meeting. It was pretty chill and not stressful. For the in-person part, they had me chat with a few recruiters from the team so I could get a feel for the team vibe and what the job is like. Everyone was super nice.
- What's your motivation for joining The Judge Group?
Recruiter
I went through 4 interviews for this role. First, I spoke with an internal recruiter. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I met with a team lead. Finally, I had another session with the manager, who seemed totally unprepared and didn't even remember our previous conversation. He actually asked for 10 minutes to get ready and call me back. Despite completing all 4 interviews, I didn't receive an offer. The recruiter suggested I contact him the next week to explore opportunities with a different team, saying they were very keen on having me join the company. I decided not to follow up and haven't heard from him since.
