SQL Developer
The interview process was straightforward. We had a basic chat about my past experiences and the projects I've worked on. They also went over the role and what the interview would be like. There were some situation-based questions and more questions focusing on my technical skills. Overall, it was an average experience.

Sales
Had two zoom calls with the hiring managers. Thought that both went well. Was told I’d be meeting them both in person. Wrote my thank you notes and waited a week to hear back. Nothing. Followed up with my recruiter. Nothing. Called and left a message. Nothing. Ok so I get it, they are ghosting me, take a hint right? Extremely unprofessional team and lacking professional courtesy. Remember. If the phones not ringing, it’s them not calling.
- Can you drive into the office?
Senior Manager
The interview process was quite disorganized. Initially, I spoke with the project manager, then the practice leader, and finally had an HR round. Following this, I was asked to submit all my documents for offer letter release, which I did. The next day, HR informed me about two additional interview rounds due to internal miscommunication. Despite this, I proceeded. After these interviews, they again indicated an offer was imminent and requested referral contacts. The following day, HR called about another interview with the Practice Head in the US, which I also attended. Post-interview, I was asked to complete an assessment. Finally, after all these steps, HR informed me of my rejection, citing a network issue during my call with the President that prevented clear communication. They mentioned the President would be in India in a month and might consider meeting me again if other candidates weren't suitable and I was still available. One HR also questioned how I'd manage a team that lacks trust in the organization due to its new setup in India and their perceived lack of security and confidence.
- Can you discuss your background in RPA and AI?
- Given that current employees lack trust in the company due to its new Indian setup and feel insecure, how would you manage this team?
