They had 2 interviews for this sales position. The first was like a meet and greet. The second one was more intense. They took me to a Dunkin' Donuts and asked me questions about my resume. Then they showed me their resumes and talked about the job and salary. They actually reached out to me, I didn't apply. I went just for the experience. I might have taken the job but I didn't like the pay. For the first month, you work about 50 hours a week and only get $300 plus commission. It's not door-to-door, but you drive to small businesses in your zip code to get them to sign up for services. I just felt it wasn't a good fit.

I put in my application online through my school's portal and they called me back pretty quickly to schedule an interview. The first one was a brief 'get to know you' type of chat, only about 20 minutes. They asked about my history and what I wanted in a job. The next interview was longer, and we went over the management training program, how much it pays, the schedule, and what the job entails daily. They offered me the job over the phone. Before I could start training, I had to pass a drug test and a background check.

The interview process starts with a quick 10-minute chat. If it goes well, the next step is a longer, hour-long meeting with someone else, often at a casual spot like Dunkin Donuts. This second interview covers your resume, what the company does, and potential career growth.
