They had 2 interviews for this sales position. The first was like a meet and greet. The second one was more intense. They took me to a Dunkin' Donuts and asked me questions about my resume. Then they showed me their resumes and talked about the job and salary. They actually reached out to me, I didn't apply. I went just for the experience. I might have taken the job but I didn't like the pay. For the first month, you work about 50 hours a week and only get $300 plus commission. It's not door-to-door, but you drive to small businesses in your zip code to get them to sign up for services. I just felt it wasn't a good fit.

A receptionist called me after seeing my resume. She gave me a brief explanation of the company and position. I set up an interview with the manager and I met with the him the next day. He was nice and we talked about my resume and he gave me a little more info and said I would be called later for a possible 2nd interview. I got a call and met with the same manager the next day and we reviewed more info like the job duties, the pay, and the hours. I got offered the position but decided to not take it because my current job offered me a raise and a promotion to stay.

I applied online and they got back to me quick. I did a quick phone interview, then went in for my first in-person which was short. The next interview was with someone who took me to Dunkin Donuts. After that, I went back to the office and spoke with the head hiring manager. I didn't really get what the job was about until I talked to the girl at Dunkin. I wanted an internship and they knew that, but it was actually an entry-level sales job and I was looking for marketing stuff. Everyone was super nice and it seemed like a cool place to work.

Behavioral Other

It was a pretty thorough interview process, which included background checks, drug screens, and confirmation of previous employment/experience. The information covered was extensive and gave a good overall view of the job requirements and all the details. The interviewers are well-trained and really embody the business's focus and direction. If I could change one thing, I'd implement a base pay for all new entry-level hires to give them more incentive to stick with it.
