Really enjoyed the interview process. Started with Tony, who wanted to understand my thinking and asked some basic questions that weren't too tough. Then, I met Joe, an Account Manager, for coffee, which was even more enjoyable. We talked about the job's compensation and business strategies. The last interview was challenging for me, though. Josh was great, but he asked some tough, tricky questions about how I'd stand out and how my skills would fit the role.

The first call was super short, under 5 minutes. They didn't share much about the job, pay, or anything. I was supposed to hear back that same evening between 5-7 pm. They did call, but I decided not to move forward. The company's website and that first chat were really unclear, and it didn't feel like a solid opportunity for someone with a marketing background.

First interview is short. Second interview is long but vague, they explain the business model. Third interview is short. People are friendly when they interview you, the main thing is to look interested by the information they provide to you. They will be giving you a call to offer you the position.
