The interview process was about 3 hours long. First, I had a typical interview with standard questions. Then I met with a VP from one of the departments, and that's when things got weird. It wasn't an organized interview, more like a casual chat that didn't seem related to the job at all. It felt like they were just venting or needed to blow off steam, and it was pretty awkward. They never told me if I got the job, but then 6 months later they contacted me to see if I was still interested. By then, I was already happy at my new company.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and heard back within 2 days to set up an interview. First, I had a phone interview, then they invited me in to meet with 4 different people. It felt pretty easy and laid-back, and the dress code was smart casual. The interview itself was more like a casual chat over coffee, discussing the role and getting to know each other. They even gave me some product samples. I was told I'd hear back within two days, but instead, I got an email saying I didn't get the job. Everyone I interviewed with was super nice and made the experience pleasant, which was great. Side note: hopefully, someone can coach the person at the front desk; she was very indifferent and didn't even acknowledge me when I arrived, which leaves a lot to be desired for the first impression of the beautiful office.

Behavioral Technical

This was the longest interview process for a job that barely pays over minimum wage. It took 3 interviews over a month and a half. The amount of effort expected for this position is a bit ridiculous. I would recommend asking about the department's culture because the answers can vary, and that in itself is pretty telling.
