Recruiting Manager
I had a quick phone chat to introduce myself and then they set up an in person interview. I met with everyone on the team to see if I'd be a good fit. They were all really easy to talk to and made me feel welcome. It seemed like everyone really enjoyed working there, which made me want the job.
- How do your past skills align with the requirements of this role?
Recruiter
I had several phone calls about different job openings. The calls were good, and they followed up well. Then I interviewed for over two hours, meeting with different people for a job. Some parts of the interview went better than others. I sent a thank-you email to everyone the next day, but never heard back about feedback.
- The questions were pretty standard.
- They want to know if you are someone they would want to work with.
- They are not too worried if they can teach you the job.
Recruiter
I went through 2-3 interviews, mostly video calls, though one might have been in person. I also talked with senior team members about the background of the role, and we discussed the company's direction and what they're aiming for. Overall, it was a good experience.
- What sparked your interest in applying for this role?
